At an elevation of 9,000', this cabin property is located behind a locked gate and is less than 3/4 mile from the Grand Mesa National Forest. The cabin was constructed in 1983 and sits on a 40 acre parcel that is surrounded by a beautiful aspen forest. The cabin has 1 bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom and the loft allows room for a second bed and dresser. Heat is provided by a wood burning stove and the kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, run on propane. The domestic water for this cabin property is from a well. The owners are dedicated hunters and have taken many trophy bucks on their own 40 over the years and excellent elk hunting can be found right up the trail on the NF.
