Sweet, oversized lot with expansive views across the valley. This is a fairly steep lot but Park County says you can build on it and you will get lots of privacy at the end of the road. A beautiful combination of Pine and Aspen dot this lot and there is a nice clearing too. Looking across the valley you can see Clark Rd winding into Harris Park, but you can't really hear the traffic unless you try. 2 of the 4 stakes have been flagged with orange, the other 2 corners are flagged but may not be exact.
