4PM: You finish one of your projects in the oversized workshop basement. As you head upstairs you begin to consider where you'd add the new bedroom and bathroom to create instant equity. You quickly check on the kids playing in the park directly beyond your fence.

5PM: Guests start showing up. Their first comment as they walk in: "OMG, this is awesome". You take them on a small tour and tell them how the flooring is reclaimed wood from a door & window factory in Wisconsin. You point to the planks of alder, white oak, alder and pine. The stairs, doors and counters are recycled wood from shipping trailers. They remark about how much they like the remodeled space.

6PM: Everyone moves outside to enjoy the evening on the oversized Trex deck. Just behind the conversation is the sounds of Ralston Creek flowing by the expansive backyard. Maybe tonight one of the local deer or owls will make an appearance to check out the activities. People mingle by the creek and remark how they can't believe downtown denver is just 25 minutes away from this oasis.

8PM: The last guests leave and you head up to your secluded upper deck to unwind and take in the sunset unfolding unobstructed right in front of you.

9PM: You walk in from your private deck to your master bedroom with ensuite bath to retire for the night to your and wonder how happy you are that you made this home yours.
