Come build your house in Old Town Nederland. The lot is near the end of W Pine St so not a lot of car traffic. There is a bike path just past the lot that gets up to the Eldora road. The water tap and sewer tap have not been paid. Call town of Nederland to see what restriction that they may have to build your home. You can walk to down town Nederland from this location to enjoy the restaurants and shops. It is HDR zoning so you may be able to have a duplex.
